Routine Appointment
Patients wishing to speak to a clinician can ring each morning from 8.30am depending on availability - (Garden Street) 028 796 31277 or (Bellaghy) 028 79386228.
We operate a telephone triage appointment system at present. If a doctor feels you need to be seen they will offer you an appointment to come into surgery. When our telephone appointment slots are fully booked and the patient feels it’s urgent, we will book patient into an emergency slot.
We try to encourage our patients to be punctual and keep any appointments.
Home Visits
Requests for non-urgent home visits should be made as early in the day as possible by telephoning the surgery and giving details to the receptionist. Urgent and out of hours requests for visits can be made by phoning (Garden Street) 028 796 31277 or (Bellaghy) 028 79386228.
Training Practice
Our practice is a training practice for the purpose of the Medical Practitioners Vocational Training regulations. This means that on occasions we may have another doctor, who is fully qualified but training for general practice, working in the practice for twelve months. The receptionist will inform you of this if you make an appointment with the doctor.

We may contact you by text message to request more information or send you information links.
Cancelling or changing an appointment
If delayed or unable to attend, please contact the practice at the earliest opportunity otherwise this can inconvenience the doctors and other patients.

If you need help when we are closed
When the surgeries are closed, the doctors in the practice provide cover on a rota basis with Dalriada Urgent Care -contact can be made by phoning 028 25663500.
Call 999 in a medical or mental health emergency. This is when someone is seriously ill or injured and their life is at risk.
